Zoominfo is really easy to use as a prospecting tool that connects well with Salesforce CRM on your day to day prospecting activities. in other words as a simple tool to do all of the sales team's pre-work prior to a call, it definitely does what it says on the tin plus it has great filters. Most of the time this extension works well enough that I can get the info I need without going directly into the full ZoomInfo site. To make it a five star review it would have to work a little better in getting the contact info all the time. generate multiple variants in bulk and download them automatically on Canva Automate. Stay away from Zoominfo. Shady contract lock-in clauses and unethical practices. Bully their way in to renewals. Zoominfo bullied Trustpilot to remove the review, so here it is again. Unethical business practices like I have never seen before in an attempt to lock you in their contract forever.
